Hi, It's Me.

CheyenneBoyd-6_edited.png

I'm Cheyenne.

My path to this career was anything but simple. My gap year(s) led me to retail, where my observation skills and type A personality quickly lead me to management (these skills would come in handy later).

After being a general manager of a local company, I was still left unfulfilled. The fashion magazine advertisements I had taped to my wall as a pre-teen were still calling to me. So I did an outlandish thing and went back to school. I was accepted into the Fashion Institute of Technology when this crazy thing called COVID-19 happened.

My year remotely at FIT, while transformative, was not engaging enough for me. Thanks COVID. I transferred to VCU where my eyes were opened to the entire world of advertising- including the different focuses, categories, and positions. There, I found that my type A personality and incessant asking of "why?" could actually be a career.

And this lead me to calling myself a strategist. Click here to see my resume.

Yes, you read that right.

I just really love the fashion industry. Even if it's toxic.

It started with my love for Steph Curry. Then I met a few creatives for professional teams and ESPN. It's a world I would love to be a part of.
